You’ll be building our customer base from scratch, and building long-term strategic relationships with them. You have entrepreneurial instinct and can help the CEO and product team to identify patterns that help us understand where to pivot. You love collaborating and helping the rest of the team be their best.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be an integral part of helping us develop sales processes and strategies to expand our customer base.

  • Building an outbound engine and helping us develop and refine our sales processes, managing deals from lead → opportunity → close.

  • Digging in with prospective customers to learn about their challenges, opportunities, perspectives, and priorities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Zerobroker- our offerings and competitive positioning, and play a key role in establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with customers.

  • Be a critical member of the revenue organization and influence our story / value proposition, go-to-market strategy and offerings.

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales processes (e.g. pipeline management and forecasting discipline)

  • Develop strong advocacy with key internal partner teams such as Legal, Finance and Product to accelerate growth velocity and margin.

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with time spent as an SDR and AE

  • High performer, consistently exceeding your quota

  • Demonstrated skills in managing and influencing decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • You are a strong performer in outbound sales and can execute a flawless discovery just as easily as you can navigate the prospect to Closed Won.

  • Strong communicator

  • Go-getter who can navigate ambiguity, ask questions, and help us get better every day.

  • CRM management experience

  • Experience in the transportation technology space (preferred)

  • Startup experience at a fast-paced company (preferred)
