As an account manager, you’ll focus on helping to build the world’s most exceptional customer experience.
What you will do:

Be the single point of contact for all customers requests

Make and receive calls to support both carriers and shippers

Rectify problems such as damages, delays, and non-conformance to specifications

Control whole logistics operations cycle and make it more efficient

Analyze customers’ feedback and make improvements in the process

Complete and provide reports to internal stakeholders

Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Required qualifications:

Have or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree

Excellent knowledge of English

Strong verbal / written communication skills

Organizing skills, and the ability to multitask

Self-motivated, with a deep affinity for problem-solving

Positive attitude and strategic planning focused on customer satisfaction
